Miles Delfos is a Dutch designer based in Amsterdam and a 2024 graduate of the AMFI BA Design program.

Rooted in a deep respect for craft, his practice navigates the space between the rational and the poetic with a ready-to-wear perspective. His design philosophy merges the precision of craft with a considered narrative approach.

With a strong foundation in pattern making, sewing, and garment construction, he creates garments that sit between structure and narrative, working in a hybrid mode between digital patterning (CLO 3D) and physical processes.

An ongoing thread throughout his work is the tension between soft, nuanced romanticism and a more rigid, sober sense of uniformity. Rather than choosing between them, he treats both as essential. The dialogue between these seemingly opposing forces reflects a more grounded and realistic expression of his identity — one where contrast becomes coherence.
