This collection is fundamentally inspired by and romanticizes the work of German photographer August Sander. Colliding raw materials that are affected by time and life, with tailoring-oriented silhouettes, it addresses the elegance of craft. Inspired by old photographs of the industrial coalworkers, charcoal stains that the garments take on from and give off on its wearer is a metaphor for a more honest and real depiction of mankind.
